RecallScan is operated by Das Creative LLC. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

Account data: your email address, used to sign you in and send transactional email (receipts, plan changes). Nothing else identifies you.

Usage counters: we count how many compliance actions your account runs each month to enforce plan limits. Counters store totals, not the content of your queries.

Queries you submit are processed to give you results. We keep short-lived logs for debugging and abuse prevention.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

If analytics are enabled we use PostHog to understand feature usage. We don't run third-party ad trackers.

What we never do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't train models on your queries.

Data deletion

Email support@das.media from your account address and we'll delete your account and its data within 30 days, minus records we're legally required to keep (like payment records).
