These terms cover your use of RecallScan, operated by Das Creative LLC. Using the service means you accept them.

The service

RecallScan: Check any product against FDA, CPSC and NHTSA recalls in seconds.

Plans and monthly limits are listed on the pricing page. Limits are enforced automatically. We may change free-tier limits with notice on the pricing page.

Billing and cancellation

Paid plans bill $19 per month through Stripe. Cancel any time from your account page; one click opens the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. No cancellation fees, no retention hoops.

If you think you were billed in error, email support@das.media and we'll sort it out.

Acceptable use

Don't resell the service, hammer the API beyond your plan, probe other users' data, or use the service for anything illegal.

No warranties, honest limits

The service is provided as-is. We work from official public data sources and link to them, but we can't guarantee completeness and the results are not legal, medical or financial advice. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

If these terms change materially we'll note it here and, for paid accounts, email you. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
